WHY DIDNT THE WAX REMOVE ALL MY HAIR? 

Your hair needs to be at minimum a quarter of an inch (0.6 cm) long in the area where you want to remove your hair. 

Waxing needs to be applied in strips in the direction of the growth of the hair, and firmly and rapidly pulled off in the opposite direction of the growth of the hair. 

We recommend rubbing the skin down with a towel and applying baby powder to the area of the hair removal to ensure that the wax adheres correctly to the hairs for the best results.

HOW TO KEEP THE WAX WITHOUT BREAKING?

Don\'t apply the wax too thin and rest the wax on the skin for too long. 

We recommend applying a thicker layer of wax to the skin.

The wax should rest on the skin for approximately 20-30 seconds before the removal. If your wax is still wet after 20-30 seconds, please allow an additional 20 seconds until the wax has dried.

HOW TO AVOID WAX BEING TOO STICKY?

In general, the temperature of the wax beans is too cold to stir, or after heating for too long to cool, the wax becomes too sticky.

We recommend reheating the wax on professional wax warmer until the wax has reached a honey-like consistency.
